For active, creative people who want to remove the strain or pain from what they love to do.

Active?

Creative?

When everything is flowing and easy, being in action is so enjoyable. But all too often you can feel stiff, uncoordinated, out of balance and just not ‘on your game’. Whatever your level of fitness or skill, you know you can go faster, score higher, bend lower, or simply just walk easier, but you’re getting frustrated that it’s not as easy as it used to be. And what happened to that satisfaction from knowing you were improving?

Whether it’s music, painting, dance or writing, being immersed in creativity is heavenly. It also takes work. And that work becomes hard work when you hurt or can’t move smoothly or precisely. When your focus and flow is disrupted, your freedom of expression suffers. You wish you could remove the strain and free yourself up for a more expansive expression of you.

"This first session was a powerful, enlightening and restorative experience. Sublime. I will absolutely work with Emma again, as soon as I can. I'm really excited to learn more, and have found myself applying some of the work to different things in my life, like singing and playing, and working in front of the computer."

Christian, Canada

"A lesson with Emma always takes me back to the basics of what I am doing with my body in order to obtain the results I am getting and as such I have never had a lesson with her that didn't throw up profound insights." - Maevon, Germany
